Beer Fest

Lately, every day here is completely taken up preparing tons of T-shirts for upcoming Beer fest on next weekends. We had tried lots of different experiments of process printing to find the most ideal way out. After a great deal of trail and error we finally settled upon the present formula. That made us so happy and also made us kinda hustling. Sometime difficult order bothers me though thats surely rewarding job to me I bet. Screen printing is my life...


ここ最近は、来週末に開催されるビアーフェスタのTシャツ製作に追われる日々です。それ以外の仕事も山の様にあるので、かなり忙しい日々となっております。このTシャツはプロセスプリントと呼ばれる方法でプリントしていくのですが、これがまた納得のいく仕上がりになるまで何度も何度もインクの色やベース、スクイージやスクリーン等を調節しながら試行錯誤を重ねます。今回は何度か製版のやり直しもしましたが、最終的にかなり良い仕上りになったと思います。素人目から見てもその違いは殆ど分からないと思うので、そこにあるのは作り手の単なるプライドや拘りに過ぎないのかも知れませんが、そんな事を毎日毎日飽きずにやっていくのが僕にとってこの仕事の一番の醍醐味であります。


By the way, I just got CONS new kicks for skateboarding. I think they've been styled for comfort, looking good, feeling good, must be great for skating!!

そういえば先日これ買いました。コンバースのスケートラインはスタイリッシュかつ履き易くてかなり調子いいです。これからしばらくはスケシューもコンバースを選ぼうかな。
